We offer a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase for any paid plan (Pro or Studio). No questions asked. If TubeReady is not the right fit, we want you to feel confident that your investment is protected.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply email us at support@tubeready.ai with your account email address and the reason for your request (optional). We will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation:

• Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• You will not be charged again after cancellation.
• Your generated assets and data remain accessible until the billing period ends.

Yearly Plans

For yearly plans, the 30-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of purchase. After 30 days, yearly plans are non-refundable but can be cancelled to prevent auto-renewal.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available for accounts that have been terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that appear fraudulent.
